This is the last week for the online experience. Please check the Moodle for your assignment. Complete, print, and upload by the Feb. 27th deadline. When finished, please check for any missing work and apply for a late submission for any assignments that missed the deadline.
Thursday & Friday, February 2-3
Please login to TimeMaps to finish the assignments listed below that are due Friday.
1- Lessons 1 & 2 (Pre and Post assessments, self checks)
2- Download Activity #5 and #6 to your User # on the computer.
3- Open Act. 5 and begin typing in the answers. Some of these seem to be opinion based so I think there is not a wrong answer. Use Google for help if you need assistance. Use page 55 in the Wordit book for letter format help. Add the letters on the end of the document. Save your completed assignment.
4- Act. 6 deals with a business plan. Use the internet for help if needed. You don't need to copy and past a huge amount. They are looking for short, simple answers.
5- When both assignments are finished, you will go into the Moodle and at the end of the Unit 1, these two assignments are listed. Click on one of the names and it will go to a screen where you can upload the file. Click browse and find your file and double click on it. Then click upload on the Moodle. You will do this for both assignments.
When both assignments show as uploaded, your assignment is complete.

4. Roll down to the first lesson titled "Unit one" Read over the objectives and essential questions
5. Look at the four assignments. This is what you need to have done by the end of next week in TimeMaps.
7. You should have TimeMaps and Moodle on different tabs so that you can toggle between the two sites.
8. Assignments 1 and 2 ask you to complete Lesson 1 - Job Basics & Lesson 2 - Career Exploration

9. Assignments 3 & 4 ask you to download and save two different Word files to your user number.

10. Type in the answers on the worksheets based on what you read in Assignments 1 & 2 and resave.
11. Go back to the Moodle website and upload your completed activities for a grade.
Work consistently because these are due next Friday. The dates close for them that day and then you cannot upload. This is a state website and I cannot reopen the dates.
If you need to check your username or password, the clipboard is up at the front table. If you are confused, please come to my desk and I will pull up your workstation and help you.
If you are not where you are supposed to be and not working, I will disable your internet and then I will print the sheets out for you and you may read from a paper copy and write everything for the remainder of the day. If it happens again, I will call your parents and ask them why you cannot follow directions.

We hope you and your family members are safe after the bad weather!
1- Please create a blog post about the tornadoes Sunday night. Use the internet to add pictures from our area. Give some information about the strength, size, people affected, etc.
2- We are taking an assessment in Access today. I will get you started after the blog post and after I get the role finished.
Follow the directions below in regards to your database-
a- Please set up your database and save it to your username as Access test.
b- Save the table as "Your Name Test"
c- Set up the database and type the 20 fields.
d- Make sure you can read all of the data and it will all fit on one page.
e- Print and turn in on the table.
