Please log into TimeMaps and review and take practice tests on Theme 4, Lesson 2.

Take the test when it is available.

1-  Microtype or MicroPace - 15 minutes.

2-  Timemaps - Theme 4 Lesson 2 - Continue to look over and prepare for test on Monday.  Take practice tests.

3- Activity 14 in Word It! book - Use the insert tab and then autoshapes or wordart.

4- Memo - p. 152 in Purple book.  Type the top memo in CORRECT MEMO FORMAT.  Look back on p. 61 to make sure you are correct.  This is a test grade.

Print both assignments, staple, and put in the correct drawer.

1-  Timemaps  - Work through Theme 4 - Lesson 2 Career Exploration

2- Memos - p. 64 in your Purple book.  Make sure that you remember to follow the CORRECT memo format shown on page 61.  At this point, the book expects you to format the memo correctly even though it is given to you in an incorrect form.  Save these memos to your user number as p. 64a and p. 64b.  Make sure you put a header on each that has your name, block, and assignment.  Print, staple, and put in the basket/drawer.

1) Are the words TO, FROM, DATE, & SUBJECT in your header in ALL CAPS?
2) Are your margins 2"-top, 1"- bottom and sides?
3) Are your initials in lowercase letters?
4) Did you check your spacing? 
5) Did you use the TAB key to line up your header?



4 - Starnes only - Come to me and check your Life stages paragraphs.  Make any necessary edits, resave, reprint, and put in basket.

Please get your progress report.  Use this time to work on any zeros.  Bring work to me and I will grade and put in as fast as I can.  If you think you have completed an assignment, check the graded work drawer/basket and bring to me if you find it there. 

If you wish to retake a timemaps test, please see me.

If you have no zeros, this is a day where you can work on something else.
